What we collect. When you request a quote we collect the details you give us — your name, mobile number, optional email, postcode or suburb, and your vehicle — so we can price the work, hold your quote and contact you about booking. We do not sell this information.

Analytics and advertising. This site uses Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel (with Meta's Conversions API) to measure how the site is used and how our advertising performs. These tools use cookies and may capture ad-click identifiers (such as gclid and fbclid). Lead details sent to Meta for conversion measurement are hashed before transmission.

Calls. Calls to our business line may be recorded for quality and training. You'll be told at the start of a call if recording is active.

Storage and access. Lead and booking records are stored securely with our Australian-hosted service providers and retained while relevant to providing our services. To access or correct your information, or have it deleted, email info@evautospecialists.com.au.
